Acqua Lurisia is one of the best waters in the world. It comes from a source in the Mount Pigna situated at 1500 m a.s.l. in the province of Cuneo, center of the Maritime Alps. The water is very light with only 35 mg/l of dry residue, very little sodium with only 3,0 mg/l and with a 6,9pH value and is commercialized in 2 versions, Stille and Bolle(added with co2 from a natural deposit).
